2018-19 OUTDOOR (Sr.): Earned All-MVC honors in the decathlon, finishing second with 6,727 points and scored points with a fifth-place finish in the javelin with a mark of 50.81 meters (166-8 ft.) at the MVC Outdoor Championships (5/10-12)...Competed in the high jump and the discus at the Lenny Lyles-Clark Wood Invitational (4/26-27), finishing with a mark of 35.72 meters (117-2 ft.) in the discus...Finished 12th in the 100 and the discus at the Pacesetter Sports Invitational (4/19-20), clocking in at 11.36 seconds (wind-aided) in the 100 and posting a mark of 33.91 meters (111-3 ft.) in the discus...Competed in three of the four throwing events at the Redbird Invitational (4/6), finishing fourth in the javelin with a mark of 48.72 meters (159-10 ft.), fifth in the shot put with a mark of 11.10 meters (36-5 ft.) and sixth in the discus with a mark of 33.12 meters (108-8 ft.). 

2018-19 INDOOR (Sr.): Won the 60-meter hurdles at the Badger Red & White Classic (2/15), clocking in at 8.15 seconds in the finals...Finished second in the 60mH with a time of 8.27 seconds and ninth in the long jump with a leap of 6.51 meters (21-4.25 ft.) at the Notre Dame Invitational (1/19)...Posted top-eight finishes in four events at the Coughlan-Malloy Cup (1/12), including a second-place finish in the long jump, a third-place finish in the 4x400, a fifth-place finish in the 60mH and an eighth-place finish in the pole vault...Won the long jump with a mark of 7.10 meters (23-3.5 ft.) and finished sixth in the 60mH with a time of 8.19 seconds at the Jimmy Grant Invitational (12/8).

2017-18 OUTDOOR (Jr.): Won the decathlon at the 2018 MVC Outdoor Championships with a personal-best 7,031 points, a mark which ranks second on ISU's top-10 list...point total also set a new Gibson Track & Field Complex Facility Record and improved him to 36th in the nation at the time of the meet...en route to record breaking mark, captured personal-bests in the 100-meter (11.02), 1,500-meter (4:45.71), 110-meter hurdles (14.47), shot put (11.99m/39-04.00), and discus (36.91m/121-01.00)...also competed in the open long jump and 110-meter hurdles at the Valley Championships...finished 10th in the long jump with a leap of 6.70m (21-11.75)...earned All-Valley accolades in the 110-meter hurdles, placing third in a personal-best 14.47...mark currently ranks seventh in ISU history...also cracked the Redbirds' top-10 list in the javelin at the Virginia Challenge, recording the tenth-furthest throw in Illinois State history (52.59m/172-06.00)...finished third in the decathlon at the Virginia Challenge with 6,940 points.

2017-18 INDOOR (Jr.): Crowned the 2018 MVC Heptathlon Champion, winning the title with a school-record 5,207 points...also competed in the open 60-meter hurdles and long jump at the Valley Championships...scored points for the 'Birds in the 60-meter hurdles, finishing fifth in 8.14...placed 12th in the long jump with a leap of 6.85m (22-05.75)...picked up his second heptathlon win of the season at the Jack Jennett Open with 5,195 points, placing first in the 60-meter (7.14), 60-meter hurdles (8.32), and long jump (7.10m/23-03.50)...over the course of the season, captured personal-bests in the shot put (11.81m/38-09.00) at the Jack Jennett Open, pole vault (3.98m/13-00.75) at the EIU Early Bird, and 60-meter hurdles (8.09) at the GVSU Big Meet...60-meter hurdles mark of 8.09 ranks fourth all-time in ISU history.

2016-17 OUTDOOR (So.): Placed second in the decathlon at MVC Championships, earning All-MVC honors...final score of 6,604 points currently ranks fourth in Illinois State history...recorded personal-bests in shot put (11.66m, 38-03.25), discus (34.81m, 114-02.00), javelin (47.73m, 156-07.00), and overall score (6,604)...won the decathlon high jump with a height of 1.94m (06-04.25)...placed fourth in the 110-meter hurdles at MVC Championships, recording the ninth-fastest time (14.92) in Illinois State history.

2016-17 INDOOR (So.): Competed in two heptathlons this season...placed sixth at the Black & Gold Premier Meet with a score of 4,954 points...recorded a victory in the 1,000-meter run during the heptathlon at the Black & Gold Premier Meet...finished third overall in the heptathlon at MVC Championships, garnering All-MVC honors...broke the heptathlon school record at MVC Championships with a score of 5,185 points...record-setting performance included a victory and personal-best in the long jump (7.28m)...mark is currently tied for sixth in the Redbird record books...also captured personal best in the 60-meter dash (7.09)...placed second and earned All-MVC distinction at MVC Championships in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.29...his time of 8.16 in the 60-meter hurdles prelims is a personal-record and ranks third in Illinois State history.

2015-16 OUTDOOR (Fr.): The freshman competed in two decathlons this season...placed sixth at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships in the decathlon with a total of 6,085 points, which is ranked fifth on ISU's Top-10 List...competed in the decathlon at the Kansas Relays where he placed 11th...captured his personal-best 110-meter hurdle time at the Redbird Invite with a time of 14.97 and placed first...his 110-meter hurdle time is also ranked eighth on the all-time best list...he posted his personal-best high jump at the MVC Championships with a mark of 2.00m (06-06.75).

2015-16 INDOOR (Fr.): Competed in two heptathlons this season, one at the Jack Jennett Invite and the other at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships…scored his personal-best heptathlon at the MVC with a total of 4,988 points and placed sixth overall…at the Jack Jennett Invite scored a total of 4,732 points…captured two event first place victories at the MVC Championships—high jump (1.99m) and 1,000-meter run (2:49.54) which are two PRs...his personal-best 60-meter dash is a time of 7.23…posted his personal-best 60-meter hurdles at the MVC championship with a time of 8.43…He vaulted his personal-best pole vault at the MVC Championship with a height of 3.70m (12-01.50)…his personal-best long jump was earned at the GVSU Big Meet with a mark of 6.80m (22-03.75).

FRANKFORT HIGH SCHOOL: letter-winner in track and field … three-time conference champion … state qualifier … awarded the Tommy Thompson Award … holds the 110-meter hurdles, 300-meter hurdles, and the 4x400-meter relay county record … personal-best 110-meter hurdles time of 14.61; 300-meter hurdles time of 39.38; and high jump mark of 6-07 … also played basketball and football.
