NORMAL, Ill. – Illinois State will host a presentation from Jill Savage, benefitting the Kay Yow Cancer Fund, on Monday, Feb. 29 at Redbird Arena. The presentation, sponsored by the Illinois State Courtsiders, will run from 7-8 p.m.
Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students. Tickets will be available at the north or east doors of Redbird Arena the night of the presentation. Cash or check will be accepted, and all checks should be made out to the Kay Yow Cancer Fund.
Savage's presentation is titled, "Battling all odds … how to do it with a smile." The local cancer survivor and founder of "Hearts at Home," will share her story and inspire yours. Savage motivates listeners to grow through the challenges and to love their perfectly, imperfect lives.
