NORMAL, Ill. – Connor Moroder didn't see the field this spring as an Illinois State redshirt freshman, but he's taking advantage of his playing time this summer as a member of the Dubois County Bombers of the Ohio Valley Summer Collegiate Baseball League.
Moroder owns a .318/.362/.435 batting line with 14 RBIs and 14 runs scored in 34 games, playing primarily at third base. He's tallied four doubles and a pair of home runs to date.
Typically batting near the top of the batting order for Dubois County, Moroder has helped the Bombers to a third-place standing in the league, just two-and-a-half games behind second-place Madisonville, with a 22-14 record.
In addition to helping the team with his bat and glove, Moroder has also chipped in with his arm, tossing 11.1 innings in relief. He has posted a tidy 3.18 ERA, allowing just 10 hits and five walks, while striking out seven. He has not allowed a home run.

- Scattered six hits and allowed just one run over eight solid innings in Terre Haute's 4-1 win over Lafayette July 15.
Lucas Hall | Bloomington Bobcats | Midwest Collegiate League
- Owns a 0-2 record and 4.66 ERA over three appearances totaling 9.2 innings on the mound in three appearances for Bloomington, after beginning the summer with Springfield of the Prospect League.
- Struck out nine batters over seven innings of work versus Joliet July 15.

- Slashing .304/.414/.464 with 18 RBIs and 12 stolen bases in 35 summer games.
- Went 2-for-4 with a stolen base and a run scored in Terre Haute's 3-1 loss to Danville July 15.

- Owns a .206/.296/.254 batting line in 18 games played this summer.
- Has tallied three doubles, eight RBIs and 15 runs scored to date with Madisonville.

- Currently 2-2 with two saves and a 3.85 ERA in 10 relief appearances covering 14 innings.
- Earned the win in Lakeshore's 4-3 victory at Kenosha July 14, allowing one run over 2.2 innings of relief work.

- Slashing .259/.313/.358 with nine extra-base hits and 15 RBIs in 45 games.
