2018 (Sophomore Season): Appeared in 16 games, with 13 starts … posted a 1-4 record and 5.03 ERA while striking out 57 and walked 28 over a team-high 73.1 innings on the mound … tied for second on the team in strikeouts (57) … scattered two hits and struck out nine batters to open the season at Arkansas State (2/16) … allowed two earned runs over six innings to earn his first win of the season at Morehead State (3/2) … earned his first career save at Washington (3/12).

2017 (Freshman Season): Appeared in 17 games, with 12 starts … posted a 4-5 record and 4.20 ERA … struck out 52 and walked 26 over 64.1 innings on the mound … named to the Missouri Valley Conference All-Tournament Team … led Illinois State in wins, games started and innings pitched … ranked second on the team in strikeouts … ranked ninth in the MVC in ERA … made collegiate debut at Austin Peay (2/18), tossing two perfect innings with three strikeouts … made first collegiate start and picked up the first win of his collegiate career at Western Kentucky (3/12), allowing one earned run over four innings … allowed one earned run over seven innings to earn another win versus Dayton (4/8) … struck out a career-high seven batters to earn a win at Bradley (4/22) … did not allow an run over 6.2 innings in a shutout win over Missouri State (5/24) in the MVC Tournament … pitched 1.1 innings in relief, with two strikeouts, in an MVC Tournament elimination game at Missouri State (5/28) to help Redbirds advance to MVC Tournament title game.

Genoa-Kingston HS: Four-year member of the baseball team … three-time all-conference selection … led team to a regional championship game, striking out 144 batters during his junior season … also played basketball and football … earned all-conference honors as a member of the football team as a junior, and all-conference status as a member of the basketball team as a senior.
