2017-18 OUTDOOR (R-Jr.): Named a CoSIDA Google Cloud Second-Team Academic All-American...was one of only 10 student-athletes nationally to be a repeat-winner of this award, having been named a Third-Team All-American in 2015-16...won the 1,500-meter at the Big Blue Classic, crossing the finish line in a season-best 3:58.82...posted season-best 800-meter time of 1:55.06 at the Sun Angel Classic.

2017-18 INDOOR (R-Jr.): Crowned the MVC Indoor 800-meter Champion for the second time of his career, crossing the finish line in 1:55.14...also named the recipient of the Valley's Elite 17 Award for the second time of career, the MVC's highest honor in both academics and athletics...won the 800-meter run at the Terre Haute Double Dual with a time of 1:56.27...recorded season-best in the 800-meter at the GVSU Big Meet, finishing ninth among 61 competitors in 1:52.33...ran a leg on the Redbirds' distance medley relay team that finished fourth at the Meyo Invite in 9:58.62, a mark which ranks fifth all-time in Illinois State history.

2015-16 OUTDOOR (So.): NCAA West Preliminary Round Qualifier in the 800-meter run...captured his personal-best 800-meter at the annual Sun Angel Classic with a time of 1:49.08 and placed seventh overall...mark ranks third all-time in Redbird track & field history...placed seventh in the 800-meter at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships...competed at the Drake Relays in the 4x800-meter relay, as the team placed fifth with a time of 7:29.46...time sits third on Illinois State's top-10 list...also competed in the distance medley relay at the Drake Relays where the team ran a time of 9:50.44 and finished fifth overall...time ranks third in Redbird history...named a CoSIDA Third-Team Academic All-American.

2015-16 INDOOR (So.): Won the 800-meter run  at the Missouri Valley Conference Championship with a time of 1:52.26…earned All-Valley honors in the distance medley relay as the team placed third with a time of 10:03.76, a mark which ranks 10th in ISU history…Elite 18 Award recipient…captured his personal-best 800-meter run at the Iowa State Classic with a time of 1:49.47, which is ranked second on ISU’s all-time best list…posted his personal-best mile run at the Meyo Invite with a time of 4:06.43…mark sits eighth on the Redbirds' top-10 list...placed first at the Double Dual in both the 800 meter and the mile run…placed first at the Mark Colligan Memorial in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:49.99.

2014-15 OUTDOOR (Fr.): Competed in the 800-meter…earned his personal-best at the Sun Angel with a time of 1:51.03…at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships he earned a time of 1:53.81…competed in the 1500-meter…earned third place at the Lenny Lyles with a time of 3:54.33…ran a time of 3:51.96 at the Illinois Twilight…competed in the 4 x 400…at the Big Blue Classic the team earned second place…at the Drake Relays the team earned a time of 3:10.34…competed in the 4 x 800 at the Drake Relays where the team captured a time of 7:36.18, a mark which ranks fourth all-time in ISU history…also at Drake he competed in the 4 x 1600 where the team posted a time of 17:08.02.

2014-15 INDOOR (Fr.): At the Missouri Valley Conference Championships, posted a personal-best time of 1:52.30 in the preliminary round of the 800-meter run...in the finals, placed seventh with a time of 1:55.52 to score points for the 'Birds...won the 800-meter at the EIU John Craft Invite with at time of 1:55.37…competed in the mile run at the Indiana Relays and posted a time of 4:09.59…ran in the 4 x 400-meter relay at the Double Dual, helping the team to a first place finish with a time of 3:19.13…team also earned first at the EIU John Craft Invite with a time of 3:21.10..at the Indiana Relays, he competed in the 4 x 800 where the squad earned second place with a time of 7:37.25.
