Plans for Weisbecker Memorial Service Finalized

A memorial service will be conducted in Redbird Arena at 5 p.m., on Saturday, June 8, for the late Dr. Milton E. Weisbecker, who served as director of athletics at Illinois State from 1966 to 1974. Guests should park in the Turner Lot or any lots West of Redbird Arena and may enter the arena through the North, East or West doors. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to the Milt Weisbecker Scholarship Fund at Illinois State University. Following the memorial service, there will be a reception in the Kaufman Football Building.
