General Ticket Information
- Children under the age of two (2) do not require a ticket provided they sit on a lap.
- Youth prices include children ages 3-12.
- All ticket sales are final. The Illinois State Ticket Office has a no refunds or exchanges policy.
- It is required for the purchase of a football parking/tailgating pass to have at least one (1) ISU Football game ticket in your account. Any orders of a parking pass for an account that does not have at least one ISU Football game ticket may be reduced or canceled (less fees) and the associated account(s) monitored and/or locked. ISU Athletics reserves the right to cancel any parking purchases (less fees) made for the purpose of resale without notification.
