Admissions
Infants and toddlers, ages two and under, are allowed to enter the facility free of charge, but the infant must sit on the lap of an adult during the game. This policy applies to events held on the Illinois State University campus only and excludes any postseason events.

Faculty/Staff Discounts
Illinois State Faculty and Staff may purchase season tickets at a discounted rate this includes a ticket for their spouse and children eighteen and under.

Refunds/Exchanges
The Illinois State Athletics Ticket Office has a No Refund/No Exchange policy.

Payment for Tickets
Tickets will not be held without payment. Payments may be made by cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express only. Checks must be made payable to Illinois State Athletics.

Season Ticket Seat Change Requests
Seat change requests can be made with the Illinois State Athletics Ticket Office for Football and Men's Basketball season tickets. Seat change requests will only be taken during the season ticket renewal period. Only the individual listed as the account holder may request a move. If you desire to move with other ticket holders, all account holders must turn in a seat change request. Season ticket holders can submit a seat change by mail with their renewal form, by email to tickets@ilstu.edu, or during their renewal online or over the phone. Account holders will be contacted by phone during the specified reallocation period. No changes will be made to your account without the account holder's authorization.

Ticket Replacement
Lost, forgotten, stolen, laundered, or mutilated tickets purchased through the Illinois State Athletics Ticket Office may be replaced by the person who originally purchased the tickets. Charges may apply. Replacement tickets have precedence over the original tickets.
