- GoRedbirds: How did you get the nickname "Boo?"
Boo Richardson: When I was about five, I was kind of a bad little kid. My cousins would yell "Boo" at me whenever I did something bad or crazy and I would go running to my grandmother. It just kind of stuck and became my nickname.

BR: Casper

GR: As of right now, what has been your greatest accomplishment?
BR: Becoming the first person in my family to play Division I basketball.

GR: What is your actual height?
BR: 5-7 ½

GR: You have never let your size be an issue, what do you say to your critics?
BR: I have always been told that I wouldn't be able to play with the taller point guards, but throughout my career I have always ranked among the top five in every category. Now I'm playing Division I basketball and I've been proving people wrong my whole life.

GR: What's the name of the last movie you've watched?
BR: Menace II Society
