The airwaves of WJBC-AM 1230 will be filled with Redbird basketball tonight as both the Tim Jankovich Show and the Robin Pingeton Show will air live from Cheek's Bar and Grill in Bloomington. Pingeton and co-host Tom Lamonica go on the air at 6:10 p.m. and will be joined by Emily Hanley and Taylor Lawless. Jankovich, Dick Luedke and Mike Matthews will follow at 7 p.m. along with sophomore Osiris Eldridge. Both shows can be heard live by clicking here .
The Redbird women (19-3, 9-2 MVC) are tied atop the Missouri Valley Conference standings with Evansville, who the Redbirds defeated on Jan. 23. The ISU men (17-7, 9-4 MVC) are coming off Saturday's thrilling win over Bradley, and sit in sole possession of second-place in the Valley.
The Redbird women travel to Terre Haute, Ind., Friday to take on host Indiana State in the MVC Game of the Week beginning at 7:35 p.m. ISU's men's team hosts Missouri State in the second game of the annual home-and-away series Wednesday beginning at 7:05 p.m.
