NORMAL, Ill. - On Tuesday, Sept. 27, at 2 p.m. in the Center for the Performing Arts, President Al Bowman will deliver the annual State of the University address. Bowman will speak for 15 to 20 minutes before responding to questions from audience members. A reception will follow the presentation and session.
