Illinois State (4-0, 1-0 MVFC) shot up seven spots to No. 15 in both national FCS polls, following its 45-10 defeat over then No. 9 South Dakota State last Saturday at Hancock Stadium.  The Redbirds rank No. 1 in the FCS in scoring defense (7.8 points per game) and second in scoring offense (49 points per game).  However, the Redbirds but have a tough test in front of them this weekend in the Sycamores (4-1, 1-0 MVFC), who are coming of a pair of wins against ranked opponents in Liberty and Northern Iowa.

Coach Spack will talk with co-hosts Dick Luedke and Ted Schmitz, and will be joined by senior defensive lineman Collin Keoshian as this week's player guest.  Keoshian, a native of Santa Clarita, California, is in his second year with the Redbirds and his first as a defensive lineman.  He was running back in 2013 and rushed for 204 yards and six touchdowns, but was moved to the defensive line during fall camp.  Keoshian has embraced that role and performed well, with 15 tackles and three sacks through four games for the Redbirds.

Schooners is located at 810 East Grove Street in Bloomington, and sits just off the corner of Grove and Clinton Streets. For those who can't make it out to Schooners to watch the show live, it will be broadcast on WJBC 1230 AM in the Twin Cities and streamed live on GoRedbirds.com.
