2016-17

Indoor: Placed fourth and recorded personal-best in triple jump with a distance of 12.16m (39-10.75) at the Terre Haute Double Dual Meet...followed this performance with a 6.72m (22-00.75), third place finish in the long jump...finished second in long jump at the Illinois Orange & Blue Open...placed eighth at MVC Championships in long jump, recording a personal record of 7.11m (23-04.00).

Outdoor: Captured season-best mark of 6.99m (22-11.25) in long jump at the Illinois State Redbird Invitational...competed in long jump at MVC Championships...finished 11th with a distance of 6.98m (22-11.00).

2015-16

Indoor: Competed in five meets this season…posted his season-best long jump at the Titan Open with a mark of 6.66m (21-10.25) and placed third overall…placed sixth at the GVSU Big Meet with a mark of 6.57m (21-06.25). 

Outdoor: Earned his season-best long jump mark at the Illinois Twilight with a leap of 6.55m (21-06) and placed eighth overall..placed third at the Redbird Invite.

2014-15

Indoor: Competed in the long jump at the Illinois Orange and Blue Open earned fourth place with a mark of 6.31 meters (20-08.50).

Outdoor: Earned fourth place in the long jump with a mark of 6.51m (21-04.25) at the Wisconsin Open...at the Redbird Invite recorded a mark of 6.54m (21-05.50) where he placed sixth…captured a mark of 6.57m (21-06.25) at the Illinois Twilight.

2013-14

Indoor: Ran a season-best 60-meter time of 7.36 at the Meyo Invitational … finished the season with a 60m time of 7.39 … leaped to a personal-best mark of 6.77 meters (22-02.50) at the Notre Dame Invitational … finished first at the Orange and Blue Open with a jump of 6.60m (21-08.00) … closed the season with a mark of 6.51m (21-04.25) at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships.

Outdoor: Leaped to a personal-best mark during postseason at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships with a long jump of 6.92 meters (22-08.50), finishing ninth … jumped 6.71m (22-00.25) at EIU’s Last Chance meet … ran a personal-best time of 23.69 in the 200-meter dash at the Big Blue Invite. 

PRIOR TO ISU

Galesburg High School: Four-year letterwinner in track and field, three-year letterwinner in football and two-year letterwinner in basketball...Two-time All-Conference track honoree...As a junior helped lead his team to an eighth-place finish at state track...Named to the All-Conference team in both basketball and football as a senior.

Personal: Born 1/31/1995...Has five siblings, Ricky, Derrick, Olympia, Myra and Sherron...plans to major in recreation management.
