Illinois State Athletics uses mobile-only ticketing and parking for all home events. Fans will use their smartphones to access tickets and parking passes—no printed versions needed. This process enhances security, simplifies entry, and offers the most convenient way to access Illinois State's venues.

You'll find everything you need to get started, including step-by-step instructions for adding your tickets and parking passes to your phone's wallet, how to transfer tickets to friends or family using text message, answers to common questions, and tips to make your game day experience easier.

Pro Tip:
Once your tickets are delivered, add them to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay right away. If game times shift, your digital ticket will automatically update. You may also receive helpful notifications from your phone reminding you when it is time to head to the gate.

One of the best things about mobile ticketing is peace of mind. If you have your phone, you have your tickets. Once added to your wallet, they will stay there until you remove them.

If you did not save them or cannot find your email, visit https://goredbirds.evenue.net/signin. There, you can add your tickets and parking passes to your wallet, transfer them to others via text message, or post unused tickets on SeatGeek.

Introducing the ALL-IN-1 Pass

Illinois State Athletics is excited to introduce the ALL-IN-1 Pass for season ticket holders. This new option makes it easier to manage and access your tickets throughout the season.

To use your ALL-IN-1 pass, log in to your Illinois State ticketing account and look for tickets marked as ALL-IN-1. Add the pass once to your mobile wallet, and it will display your first event. After each game, the pass will automatically update to show the next event. You will also be able to see the face value for each game directly in your mobile wallet.

Even with the ALL-IN-1 pass, you can still manage, transfer, or list individual event tickets in My Account through SeatGeek. Tickets are not transferred from your mobile wallet. If you transfer a ticket, your ALL-IN-1 pass will automatically update and display VOIDED in your mobile wallet. For step-by-step instructions on how to transfer tickets, please click here.

This change will help declutter your mobile wallet and make it easier to keep all of your season tickets organized in one place.

For more information, visit our dedicated ALL-IN-1 Pass page.

DIGITAL TICKETING FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: Why use digital tickets?

  2. Avoid waiting in Will Call lines to pick up your tickets.
  3. Prevent your tickets from getting lost in the mail, washed with the laundry, or eaten by the dog.
  4. No need to print your tickets! Simply present your smartphone with digital tickets at the gate.
  5. Prevent possible fraud of printed PDF tickets.

Q: How do digital tickets work?

  1. For Wallet, you will receive one email with a link for each ticket ordered along with one digital ticket per event. (For example, if you purchased four tickets, you need to click the icon "Add to Apple Wallet" on all four tickets.)
  2. The ticket that is emailed to you is a valid ticket. Make sure you protect it like you would any other ticket. Each ticket contains a unique code that is scanned at the event. If any copies are made of the ticket, only the first scan will be allowed entry. If a unique code has already been scanned, the attendant will be alerted and entry will not be permitted.
  3. PLEASE NOTE: PDF tickets are no longer supported. Tickets must be in a Wallet to scan.
  4. For instructions on adding tickets to your Wallet from the delivery email, please click here.
  5. For instructions on adding tickets to your Wallet from My Account, please click here.

Q: When will my tickets be available?

  1. Tickets will be available to download no later than 48 hours before your event. Once tickets are available, you will be able to access them from an email or text from our office, or by logging in to My Account from your mobile phone.

  3. Please note: iPads DO NOT support Wallet regardless of iOS versions.

Q: Why haven't I received my digital tickets?

  1. Downloading your tickets ahead of time to your Apple or Google Wallets will make it so that internet access is not necessary when you arrive at the event. We very strongly recommend downloading your tickets before you leave for the venue, as high numbers of people can affect cell phone signal. Once your tickets are downloaded, you will be able to pull them up at any time as long as your phone has battery life.

Q: Can I print off the QR code?

  1. No. Printed QR codes will not scan at Illinois State Athletics events. If you print it off you will be redirected to the Illinois State Ticket Office for a new ticket.

Q: Who do I contact if I still need assistance?
