No Shuttle Bus Route
ISU Athletics will not have the shuttle bus in service during the 2023-24 basketball season. This is something we will review on an annual basis and want to provide the best game day experience possible for all Redbirds.
Clear Bag Policy

ANIMALS
Animals are not permitted in University owned or leased buildings except for the following exceptions:
• Animals associated with entertainment productions or promotional events are permitted in University owned or leased buildings only if the animals are under the direct control of their trainer or an individual connected with the event.
• Animals are permitted in University owned or leased buildings when they are engaged in safety or security work that has been authorized by University officials.
• Guide dogs are permitted in University owned or leased buildings while guiding the blind, the visually handicapped, the hearing impaired, or the physically disabled
IN-GAME PROMOTIONS
ALUMNI RECOGNITION: During the game at a media timeout, Redbird Athletics will recognize men's basketball alumni in attendance in an on-court presentation.
DUCK TOSS: At halftime, we will be holding our "Duck Toss" with the winner receiving a $100
Gift Card. Ducks can be purchased for $1 on the concourse by the East doors, and all proceeds go towards student-athlete scholarships.
HALFTIME ACT: We are excited to welcome Cornell Freeney, the first American to ever compete at the world championships in wheel gymnastics. There he earned the silver medal and several gold medals nationally. You may have seen him on the Steve Harvey Show or live at Showtime at the Apollo.
KIDS TIMEOUT: Kids under the age of 12 are invited onto the court at the under 8 media timeout of the second half for a kids dance party. All kids are to meet in the northeast tunnel with 10 minutes remaining in the second half.
KIDS TUNNEL: Kids under the age of 12 are invited to participate in the pregame kids high five tunnel located in the southwest tunnel of CEFCU Arena. All kids wishing to participate should meet in the southwest tunnel with 10 minutes remaining on the pregame clock.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Proper behavior is expected of all fans in attendance at Illinois State University athletic contests. Profanity, racial, or sexist comments, or other intimidating actions directed at student-athletes, officials, or team representatives will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the site of competition. Inconsiderate or illegal behavior will not be tolerated and will be dealt with in a lawful manner and may result in ejection from the stadium and/or revocation of ticket privileges. Please be courteous and respectful to fellow Redbird fans with your actions and maintain good sportsmanship to the visiting team and game officials. Fans are expected to act in a manner consistent with the Code of Sportsmanship. Individuals who fail to do so, will be dismissed from athletic events. The MVC Code of Sportsmanship is designed to promote sportsmanship throughout the league and ensure healthy environments for competition.

NO RE-ENTRY
Customers are not allowed to leave CEFCU Arena and re-enter with a previously scanned ticket.

Student Giveaway: The first 300 students in the door receive an exclusive Redbird beanie.
STUDENT SECTION SEATING
- Student seating for the game will be in the north end zone of the bleachers, overflowing into the north end zone upper deck.
- Red Alert members receive complimentary admission with their Illinois State University ID. Doors for Red Alert members open at 11:45 a.m. at the north entrance. General student tickets are available for purchase either through the online student portal at goredbirds.com/tickets or at the ticket office for just $5.
- Seating in the student section is general admission and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Student Confetti Toss – Students will be given bags of confetti upon entry to throw at the first made Illinois State basket.
