2013

Competed in six events on the season … opened the season with a 10th-place finish at the Hawkeye Invitational, picking up a 3K time of 11:26.88 … ran a personal-best 5K  time of 18:51.13 at the Country Financial Invite … followed that with a personal-best 6K time of 23:16.50 at the competitive Roy Griak Invitational … ran to a 6K time of 23:12.85 at Pre-NCAA’s … finished 37th at the Valley Championships with a 5K time of 18:54.7 … finished out the season with a 6K time of 23:39.9 at the Midwest Regional, helping the Redbirds to a final regional ranking of 11th. 

2012 

Competed in six events as a true freshman...Notched a 4K time of 15:56 at the Illini Challenge...Posted a season-best 6K time of 23:43 at the Bradley Classic...Ended the season with a 19:01 5K at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships to finish 44th to help the team win a conference championship.

PRIOR TO ISU

Saint Teresa High School: Four-year letterwinner in track and cross country ... three-time top-six finisher at the Illinois High School Athletic Association Class A State Cross Country Championships, finishing fifth twice with three-mile times of 17:46.00 and 17:45.00, respectively ... finished fifth in the 3,200-meter run (11:33.84) and sixth in the 1,600-meter run (5:18.36) at the 2012 Illinois High School Athletic Association Class A State Track & Field Championships ... finished second in the 3,200-meter run at the 2011 Illinois High School Athletic Association Class A State Track & Field Championships with a time of 11:09.45, a personal-best ... three-time all-state runner ... won seven individual titles as a junior and senior combined throughout the season ... four-time all-conference and team Most Valuable Runner ... holds personal-best times of 17:35.00 in the three-mile in cross country and 5:10.02 in the 1,600-meter run on the track ... made the honor roll all four years.

Personal: Born 2/13/1994 ... daughter of Joe and Sarah Devereux ... has one sister, Rachel ... mother and aunt, Liz, both attended Illinois State, along with one cousin, Amanda ... plans to major in public relations and communications.
