2015

During her final season, McShea earned a personal-best 6K time at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a time of 21:10…started off the season placing sixth at the ISU Invite with a time of 18:03…placed in the top-25 at the Bradley Classic with a 6K time of 21:17.

2014

First team All-Conference…had another impressive season with two personal-best performances… at the Missouri Valley Conference Championship where she earned one personal-best 5K time of 17:43 and placed third overall being one of the top redbird runners… earned Valley Scholar Athlete…notched a 6K of 21:25 at the Bradley Classic where she captured 11th place oh her second personal-best performance…at the Country Financial Illinois State Invitational she clocked a 5K time of 17:50 earned fifth place…captured a 6K time of 24:44 at the Roy Griak. 

2013

A consistent top-five Redbird finisher … narrowly missed honorable mention honors at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships with a 17th-place finish, clocking a 5K time of 18:13.7 and helping the women’s squad to a third-place Valley finish … ran a personal-best 5K time of 17:48.00 to finish seventh at the ISU Invite … posted a 6K time of 22:15.90 at the competitive Roy Griak Invitational, finishing in the top-100 competitors …  clocked a 6K time of 22:17.57 at Pre-NCAA’s  and closed the season with a 6K time of 22:07.9 at the Midwest Regional to help the Redbirds to an 11th-place regional ranking. 

2012 

Ran in six events as a freshman, including the Midwest Regional...Earned All-Conference honors for the season...Opened up the year with a seventh-place 4K time of 14:59 at the Illini Challenge...Notched a 5K time of 18:06 at the Illinois Intercollegiate to finish in 17th...Grabbed another top-20 finish at the Bradley Classic with a 6K time of 21:36...Posted a 17:53 5K to finish eighth at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships, helping the team to a conference championship...Concluded the season with a 6K time of 21:58 at the Midwest Regional to finish 48th.

PRIOR TO ISU

St. Francis High School: (Cross Country): Four-year letter winner ... three-time all-conference selection ... ran a 17:23 to a fifth-place finish at the Illinois State Meet, earning all-state honors ... voted MVP by peers junior and senior seasons ... state participant freshman year. (Track): Placed seventh in the 1,600-meter run at the Illinois State Meet with a time of 5:10 her junior season ... all-state participant in the 3,200-meter and 1,600-meter runs sophomore year ... all-conference selection ... two-time MVP as voted on by her peers ... earned the title of Athlete of the Year at St. Francis.
