Finished her final season recieving First-Team All-Conference and Valley Scholar-Athlete… her first appearance of the season was at the Wisconsin opener with a 4K time of 14:55…placed ninth at the Country Financial Illinois State Invitational earning a time of 17:56 in a 5K run… At the Roy Griak Invitational Christensen clocked a 6K with 23:35…she placed eighth at the Bradley Classic with a time of 21:16…she received her personal-best 5K time with a clocked time of 17:56 at the Missouri Valley Conference Championship where she placed eighth …she finished her career at the NCAA Midwest Regional and earned a 6K clocked time of 20:55. 

2013

Captured honorable mention honors at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships with a 14th-place finish, running a 5K time of 18:03.8 and helping the Redbirds to a third-place Valley finish … helped the Redbirds earn an 11th-place regional ranking with a 36th-place finish at the Midwest Regional, clocking a personal-best 6K time of 21:24.3 … ran to a 6K time of 23:07.10 at the competitive Roy Griak Invitational … crossed the line at 21:39.72 in the Pre-NCAA 6K … finished 27th at the Country Financial ISU Invite with a 5K time of 18:41.39. 

2012

Competed in five events as a sophomore, earning All-Conference and Valley Scholar-Athlete honors...Opened up her season with a 5K time of 18:50 at the Illinois Intercollegiate...Notched a season-best 6K time of 21:58 at the Bradley Classic to finish 36th...Picked up a seventh-place finish at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships with a season-best 5K time of 17:52, helping the team to a conference championship...Ran a 22:39 6K at the Midwest Regional to finish 93rd.

2011

Ran a career-best 5K time of 18:54.23 for 161st place at the Greater Louisville Classic ... competed at the NCAA Pre-Nationals open race with a 6K time of 24:23.2 for 118th place ... finished 25th at the Illini Open after crossing the finish line in 19:20 ... finished 44th at the 2010 State Farm MVC Championships and finished the race in 19:17.00.

PRIOR TO ISU

Carl Sandburg High School: Earned all-state, all-sectional, all-regional and all-conference honors during her senior cross country season ... finished third overall at the IHSA AAA state cross country meet with a time of 17:19 ... led the team to a second-place team finish ... named the team MVP in cross country and track as a senior ... finished in 11th place at the state cross country meet her junior season with a time of 17:26 ... a member of the 4X800 meter relay that placed eighth at state ... recorded a personal-best time of 2:16.60 in the 800-meter run and 5:09.00 in the 1600-meter run.
