Competed at the Country Financial Illinois State Invitational with an 8K run of 25:14…clocked a 28:19 at the Roy Griak Invitational

2013

Team Captain ... a top-five Redbird finisher, opened the season with a ninth-place finish at the ISU Invite, clocking an 8K time of 24:59.94 … ran to an 8K time of 26:14.5 at the prestigious Roy Griak Invitational … clocked an 8K time of 25:18.58 at Pre-Nationals … finished 30th at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships with an 8K time of 25:18.58 … closed out the season with a personal-best 10K time of 32:05.9 at the Midwest Regional, helping the Redbirds to a 15th-place regional ranking. 

2012

Team Captain...Competed in five events on the season, including the Midwest Regional ...Notched a season-best 8K time of 25:29 to finish 22nd at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships.

2011

Finished 15th at the Hawkeye Invitational with a 6K time of 21:50.99 ... ran a personal-best 8K at the Illinois Intercollegiate Championships with a time of 26:08 ... ran a 26:16.18 at the Greater Louisville Classic 8K race ... finished the 2011 State Farm MVC Championships 8K event with a time of 26:26.8.

Maine South: Qualified for the state track and cross country meets his senior season ... in the state track meet, he ran a personal-best time of 4:22 in the 1600-meter run ... cross country team finished 10th in state and were conference champions during his senior year ... finished sixth in cross country at the conference meet ... a member of the Maine South cross country team that finished 21st at the state meet his junior season ... a member of the cross country team that won the CSL conference meet his junior season ... captain in cross country and track his junior and senior seasons.
