2018

Was a consistent No. 2 runner for ISU during his senior season, becoming the second Redbird to cross the finish line in four of the five meets in which he competed...received All-MVC accolades at the MVC XC Championship, placing fifth overall with a personal-best 8K time of 24:17.90...mark ranks sixth all-time in Illinois State cross country history...also raced at the NCAA Midwest Regional, capturing a 10K personal-record of 32:22.90 to place 64th among 208 runners...finished fifth at the Illinois State Invitational with an 8K time of 25:18.40, helping the 'Birds win the meet and defend their home course.

2017

Competed in five meets for ISU during his first cross country season as a Redbird...established himself as a key member of the Redbird squad, as he was the second ISU runner to cross the finish line at both the MVC Championships and NCAA Regionals...finished 17th at the Valley Championships, recording an 8K time of 25:37.81...placed 63rd at the NCAA Midwest Regionals...recorded a personal-best 8K time of 25:30.73 at the Greater Louisville Classic.

PRIOR TO ISU 

Iowa Central Community College: Runner-up at the 2016 NJCAA Half Marathon Championship (1:08.44)…NJCAA Division I National qualifier…2015 NJCAA Regional XI Indoor runner-up in the 5K and went on to place fourth at nationals…finished third in the 5K at the 2014 NJCAA Regional XI and went on to place fifth at nationals…finished fourth in the 10K at the 2016 Drake Relays with a PR (30:13.93)…placed seventh for two-consecutive years at the NJCAA national meet in the 10K…holds the school record in the 3K at 8:24.50.

Annawan High School: two-year letter winner in track and field/cross country…cross country…finished seventh at the IHSA Cross Country State Championship with a PR in the three mile (15:19)…regional qualifier…track and field…state qualifier in the 3200m…conference champion in the 3200m.
