Illinois State will serve as host for the 2001 Missouri Valley Conference Cross Country Championships on Saturday, October 27. The meet will be held at the University Farm/ISU Trail located just west of the University Golf Course.
The championships will feature mens and womens competition between all 10 Missouri Valley Conference schools. The women will compete in a 5,000-meter race, while the mens competition will cover an 8,000-meter course.
