Lynn Baber, an assistant coach at Illinois State for the past two seasons, is leaving the Redbird women's basketball staff to pursue other career opportunities.
"Lynn is an enthusiastic and energetic person who has contributed a lot to our program over the past two years," said Redbird head coach Jenny Yopp. "We wish Lynn all the best for her future."
A native of Indiana, Baber joined Yopp's Illinois State staff in 1999 after eight years of head coaching experience--seven at Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa, and one more at Winona State in Minnesota. As a player, Baber starred at William Penn College in Iowa.
