Branson Creek Tourney Canceled Due To Weather

The Illinois State mens golf team will not be able to finish the final 18 holes of the Branson Creek Intercollegiate hosted by Southwest Missouri State due to severe weather damage. The severe weather damaged the course and resulted in the cancelation of the tournament. No other information is available at this time. As of April 14th, the Redbirds were tied for sixth-place with a score of 579 (289, 290). The Birds will host the upcoming Missouri Valley Conference mens golf championship April 30 and May 1 at the Tournament Players Club at Deere Run in Silvis, Ill.
