Fans looking to follow the Redbird football team to Kalamazoo, Mich., for its season opener against Western Michigan, have the option of making the 248-mile trek in the comfort of a bus made available by the Illinois State Athletics Department and Alumni Services.
The bus will depart G-82 parking lot at 11:00 a.m. (CST) on Thursday, August 30 and return to Normal immediately after the game. Fans are advised to bring their own food and beverages, as the bus will not be stopping for food during the trip. Movies will be provided for entertainment.
