With the recent shuffling of the Illinois State football schedule, the Redbird ticket office announced the policies regarding the rescheduled games. In addition, the Redbird volleyball team added a home match against Marquette on Tuesday, September 18. The match is slated for a 7:05 pm start at Redbird Arena.
Here are the new ticket policies regarding the Redbird football and volleyball schedules:
Ticket Policy for Rescheduled September 15 Game
Tickets already purchased (season and advance single game) for the September 15th game are good for the November 3rd game.
Persons wishing a refund on an advance single game ticket purchase must return their ticket in person to the Redbird Arena ticket office or my mail postmarked no later than Wednesday, September 26, 2001. Refund checks will be mailed within 3-4 weeks. Individuals asking for refunds must provide name, mailing address and social security number.
Ticket Policy for September 29 Game
The opponent for this game is now Southwest Texas State
Tickets already purchased for the September 29th game are still good. There will be no exchanges or refunds.
Ticket Policy for Volleyball Match vs. Marquette on September 18
Season ticket holders can stop by the Redbird Arena ticket office before 5 pm on Tuesday to pick-up a hard ticket. Season ticket holders will also be admitted Tuesday night at the East, North or West gates where ticket holder lists will be checked.
In addition to the game ticket policies, the Illinois Pork Producers Tailgate, originally set for September 15, has been rescheduled for Saturday, September 22. The tailgate will be held from 11:30 am to 1 pm. The tent will be located North of the Ropp parking lot on the University High School football practice field.
Tickets already purchased for this tailgate will be honored and patrons wishing to buy additional tickets can do so by calling 309/438-3803 by 5 pm on Tuesday, September 18. Persons wishing a refund of the tailgate ticket must do so in person by 5 pm, Tuesday, at The Redbird Club office, 213 Redbird Arena.
