Redbird Baseball to Host Three-Game Media World Series

The Illinois State baseball team will conclude its fall practice season with a three-game Media World Series from Tuesday, October 8, through Thursday, October 10. The Birds will evenly divide the 2002-2003 roster into a red team and a white team and each team will be managed by members of the local media. One game will be played each day at Redbird Field starting at 3 p.m., and all games are free and open to the public. The first game of the series will be managed by Randy Reinhardt and Bryan Bloodworth from The Pantagraph.
