Baker in Fourth at USTA Invitational

Nic Baker fired an even par 142 and sits in fourth-place overall while the Illinois State men's golf team is in sixth in the team standings after day one of the University of Texas-San Antonio Invitational at Oak Hills Country Club. Baker shot rounds of 70 and 72 on Monday for a first-round total of 142. Senior Adam Goldie is in a five-way tie for 30th with a total of 149 while B.J. Brown is in 35th with 150. Brian Anderson sits at 152 in 49th. The UTSA Invitational concludes on Tuesday, February 26, at Oak Hills C.C.
