The Missouri Valley Conference is playing host to a segment of the 2002 NCAA Division I Mens Basketball First and Second Rounds at the Edward Jones Dome (formerly TWA Dome) in St. Louis, Mo. on March 14 and 16. Illinois State University, as a Valley member, has been provided a limited number of tickets and is making them available starting Tuesday, March 5.
The price for Thursdays four first-round games and Saturdays two second-round games is $150 all six games. Tickets are available to the general public. Priority for purchasing those tickets will be given to Redbird Club members, season-ticket holders and Illinois State faculty, staff and students.
For patrons interested in purchasing tickets, a form must be completed at the Redbird Arena Ticket Office that includes a credit card number to hold the tickets. No refunds will be allowed on allocated tickets and not every completed form guarantees tickets. Credit cards will be charged when the tickets are allocated.
Deadline to complete the form is 5 p.m., Friday, March 8. Pairings for the NCAA mens basketball tournament will be announced on Sunday, March 10.
