Albiona Zhubi and Jill Rachford of the Illinois State womens golf team each shot a team-low 81 in the third and final round of the Indiana Invitational at the Indiana University Golf Course on Sunday.
Zhubi tied fo r 37th with a score of 242, Rachford tied for 50th with a score of 245, Sara Prack tied for 70th with a score of 254, and Katie Laehn tied for 78th with a score of 262.
The Redbirds shot their best round of the event with a 327 on Sunday placing 14th in the tournament. Michigan won the tournament, followed by host Indiana in second, with Illinois in third, Kent State in fourth and Michigan State in fifth.
Redbirds will play again this weekend Apr. 11-13 at Illinois.
