Head coach
Melinda Fischer said she saw good production from all of her players, and the Redbirds accomplished what they sought out to do.
We saw a lot of action and a lot of drive and determination from everyone, said Fischer. When we had a lead, we kept it and we fought hard to pull out all of the victories.
We need to work on our defense. We are not where we want to be yet, but we know what to do to get there, added Fischer.
The Redbirds will continue their fall season next Sunday, September 15, when they travel to Orland Park, Ill. to compete in the Chicagoland Fall Classic.
