The Illinois State swimming and diving team will head to Wisconsin-Milwaukee when they compete in the Bill Ritter Invite Friday and Saturday, January 24 and 25.
The swimming events begin Friday night at 4:30 p.m. and continue Saturday morning at 10 a.m. with the afternoon session beginning at 3:30 p.m. The meet is set up in an all finals format with no preliminaries taking place.
Both the 1- and 3-meter diving will take place Friday morning beginning at 10 a.m.
Besides host Wisconsin-Milwaukee, the Redbirds will square up against Wisconsin-Green Bay, Illinois-Chicago, Northern Iowa and Butler. Illinois State has competed against every team already this season except Butler.

Steve Paska is looking at this meet as a great way to get ready for the Valley meet.
Its a very important weekend for us in order to determine our conference line-up, said Paska. This will be the last tune-up we have.
