Whisman Earns Valley Diver of the Week Honor

Sophomore Terra Whisman collected a first place finish in the one-meter and second in the three-meter diving events at the Redbirds recent dual meet against Northern Iowa, earning Diver of the Week honors from the Missouri Valley Conference. Whismans score of 237.31 on the one-meter currently stands as the second-best in the league this season. She recorded a 231.82 in the three-meter to lead the Redbird divers in the November 14 contest, in Cedar Falls. Whisman and the Redbird divers return to the boards December 4-6 for the Akron Invitational in Akron, Ohio.
