Illinois States football game at Eastern Illinois on September 20 has been moved to 1:30 p.m. and will be broadcast live as part of the Gateway Football Conference game of the week television package.
The contest, which will kick-off at 1:37 p.m., will be aired on Fox Sports Net Chicago, Fox Sports Net Midwest and MetroSports in Kansas City. The broadcast could also be picked up by Fox Sports Net South.
The Redbirds and Panthers will be meeting for the 91st time in the longest Illinois State series, with the Birds leading 44-37-9.
Illinois State opens the 2003 season on August 28 at Hancock Stadium against Drake, for the first of seven home games.
