Surprise! Birds Open Valley Play at SIU

For the fourth straight season the Illinois State mens basketball team will play its first Missouri Valley Conference road game at Southern Illinois Thursday night. The Redbirds and the Salukis enter the game with matching 8-2 records and are both riding a four-game winning streak. Tip-off at SIU Arena is scheduled for 7:05 p.m.
