The program is called the Monster Booster Club and it was formed in conjunction with the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA).

Those using monster.com for their hiring needs can got to the monsterboosterclub.com site, select the state of Illinois from the list and Illinois State as participating universities. For each job posting using the Monster Booster Club selection, Redbird athletics receives 12 percent of the revenue from that transaction paid to the athletics department on a quarterly basis.
The monster.com/NACDA partnership was designed to provide an additional revenue stream to athletics departments to benefit sports programs across the board. NACDA is a professional association in its 40th year of service to more than 6,000 administrators and professionals in college athletics.
