The Illinois State Athletics Department, Alumni Association and WBIG (1280 AM) will be hosting a Redbird Basketball Tip-off Reception on Nov. 10, from 7-9 p.m., at Buffalo Wild Wings at 11820 South Route 59, in Plainfield, Ill.
All Illinois State alumni are encouraged to attend this free event to kick-off the 2005-06 basketball season. In addition to interacting with head coaches Porter Moser and Robin Pingeton and Director of Athletics Dr. Sheahon Zenger, WBIG will also be hosting a live version of "The BIG Sports Report." Finger foods, giveaways and door prizes will all be available.
