The Top Shelf at the Savvis Center will be the site of the pre-game party for Illinois State fans two hours before the Redbirds play in the 2005 State Farm-Missouri Valley Conference Tournament in St. Louis, Mo.
The Redbirds, who have earned a bye into the tournament quarterfinals, will play the final game of Saturdays quarterfinals, with tipoff at 8:30 p.m. The tournament party will last from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. and will include fans, cheerleaders, band members and
Reggie Redbird, along with an hors d oeurvres buffet including party nachos, chicken wings, ravioli, beer and soft drinks.
Admission is $15 per person. Bottled water, wine and mixed drinks will be available at a cash bar.
The party, hosted by The Redbird Club, is open only to the first 400 with reservations, so fans are encouraged to contact The Redbird Club office at (309) 438-3803 by 5 p.m., Thursday, March 3 to make reservations.
