The Redbird Arena Ticket Office fielded a number of calls Monday regarding more information on how to obtain the Go You Redbirds! rubber bracelet that made its debut at the Illinois State-Bradley mens basketball game on Saturday.
In addition to being available at the Alamo II merchandise stand located behind section G at all the remaining home mens basketball games and at the Alamo II campus book store, fans living outside of the Bloomington-Normal area can order the bracelets through Illinois State Athletics by personal check.
The bracelets are $2 apiece and all the proceeds will go toward the purchase of new equipment for the 9,200 square-foot Owen Strength and Conditioning Center, which is scheduled to be completed in mid-March. All checks should be made out to Illinois State Athletics and mailed to Illinois State Athletics, "Go You Redbirds!" Bracelet, Campus Box 2660, Normal, IL 61790-2660, or bring a check or cash to Room 213 in Redbird Arena.
