The registration deadline is quickly approaching for the first session of Illinois State baseball head coach Jim Brownlee's Instructional Hitting Clinic. The deadline is set for October 12, however spots are quickly filling up and space is limited. Session 1 begins October 16 and participants will meet each Sunday, except for the final date of Monday, November 21.
Each clinic will consist of four or six one-hour sessions, beginning with instruction from the ISU coaching staff and ending with hitting games for participants. Participants will also receive a clinic T-shirt and be provided with evaluations of their performance throughout the session at the end of the clinic.
The clinics are open to elementary, junior high and high school participants, with each group having their own time slot for each camp session. Session 2 begins January 15 and runs every Sunday through February 12.
The registration deadline for Session 2 set for January 11th, but space is also limited for this session. Registration forms can be downloaded and printed from the Illinois State Athletics website at www.GoRedbirds.com.
