NORMAL, Ill. - Illinois State's women's basketball game at Wisconsin-Green Bay, which was originally scheduled for Dec. 2, has been rescheduled for Friday, Dec. 22, head coach Robin Pingeton announced today. Tip-off from the Phoenix Sports Center is scheduled for 6 p.m.
The game had been postponed indefinitely due to inclement weather and travel conditions, but Pingeton and UW-Green Bay head coach Kevin Borseth were able to agree upon the mutual date before each team enters conference play in January, 2007.
Interstate-39, the main path north to Wisconsin, reported 100 percent iced-over conditions when the team attempted to make the trip to Green Bay, Wis. on Dec. 1.
