Softball Series at UNI Cancelled

CEDAR FALLS, Iowa - Due to continued inclement weather in the Cedar Falls area, Illinois State's softball series at Northern Iowa has been cancelled. Saturday's doubleheader was originally rescheduled for today at 11 a.m.

The Redbirds (33-12, 17-4), who are currently second in the Missouri Valley Conference standings, have just four games remaining on their regular season schedule, including a three-game series at league leader Missouri State next weekend. ISU's next game is at DeKalb, Ill. on Tuesday, where it will face Northern Illinois.
