Friday's Baseball Game with Creighton Postponed

OMAHA, Neb. - Strong storms throughout the night Thursday and light showers on Friday have caused the postponement of Friday's scheduled Missouri Valley Conference game between the Illinois State Redbirds and the Creighton Bluejays.

The game will be made up on Saturday as part of a doubleheader beginning at 1 p.m. at the CU Sports Complex. Kitt Kopach (1-4) will take the mound for the `Birds in the first game and freshman Jim Sajewich (1-2) will take the mound in the second game of the doubleheader.
