GoRedbirds: What is your first memory of basketball?
Kristi Cirone: My mom told me that when I was three, my brother and I would shoot into a diaper box.
GR: Cubs or Sox?
KC: Cubs
GR: If you could eat only one thing for the rest of your life what would it be?
KC: Spaghetti
GR: Did you play any other sports in high school?
KC: I played volleyball during myfreshman year, but then decided to focus on basketball.
GR: Truck or Car?
KC: Haha, SUVs!
GR: If you could change one thing about yourself what would it be?
KC: I'm wish I weren't so shy when I first meet people.
GR: In the upcoming 2007 season, who are most looking forward to beating?
KC: Everyone in the conference!
GR: Ocean or the mountains?
KC: Ocean
GR: If your house burned down, what three things would you grab to safely take with you?
KC: Probably all the clothes I could fit in a bag, a framed jersey from high school, and pictures.
GR: Do you have a boyfriend?
KC: No, not at the moment.
GR: Who is your biggest role model?
KC: I'd have to say my mom.
GR: If you could go for a week vacation anywhere, where would you?
KC: Either Hawaii or the Bahamas, somewhere warm.
GR: Coke or Pepsi?
KC: Pepsi, when I drink pop.
GR: When was a pivotal moment in your life when you knew basketball was what you wanted to do?
KC: Ever since I started playing, I just knew I loved it and got better each year.
