Rain Washes Out Day One Action at APSU Intercollegiate

HOPKINSVILLE, Ky. - The Illinois State men's golf team will have to wait until Tuesday to compete in the Austin Peay State University Intercollegiate at the Links at Novadell in Hopkinsville, Ky., as the first two rounds were postponed Monday due to inclement weather.

Because of heavy rains throughout the first round and unplayable course conditions in the Hopkinsville area, day one action has been suspended and will resume Tuesday, Oct. 23.

The first two rounds have been washed out; the final 18-holes will be played Tuesday morning beginning at 10 a.m.
