Rain Shuts Down Redbird Football Again

NORMAL, Ill. - Heavy overnight rain and a constant drizzle throughout the day has forced Illinois State head football coach Denver Johnson to cancel practice on Wednesday for the fourth time this spring due to the weather.

The Redbirds were scheduled to practice their third straight day, but will now have a day off and attempt to return to the practice field on Thursday.
