WINNIPEG, Canada -
Two weeks ago when former Illinois State quarterback Kevin Glenn last faced Hamilton, the Winnipeg signal caller left the game with a knee injury. This time, Glenn and the Blue Bombers claimed another fourth-quarter comeback to defeat the Tiger-Cats 21-19, in Canadian Football League action Saturday night at Canad Inns Stadium.
Glenn had an off-night number-wise, by completing 11-of-29 passes for 184 yards and two interceptions. He did have a touchdown pass, on a 30-yard strike to Derick Armstrong on a one-play scoring drive.
Winnipeg returns to action Oct. 5 when the Blue Bombers host the B.C. Lions. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m.
