Welcome to the redesigned and improved GoRedbirds.com, the official Web site of Illinois State Athletics. Here, you will still find all of the news that you need to know in a timely manner about Redbird Athletics, but now, that news, as well as several other exciting features, is easier to find, quicker to access and less cluttered.
GoRedbirds.com was redesigned for the sole purpose of making your experience as a fan of Illinois State Athletics more enjoyable while visiting the official online home of Redbird Athletics. The Web site, which is managed by the Illinois State Athletics Media Relations Office, is designed with the fans' perspective in mind: keep it simple, give information in a timely and concise manner and give fans inside access to their favorite teams and student-athletes that they otherwise would not get anywhere else.
WHAT YOU WILL FIND
On the redesigned GoRedbirds.com, you will find several new features, not limited to the following:
A cleaner layout that allows fans easier access to need-to-know information, as well a more visually-appealing Web site A new home page and sport-specific masthead
A new color scheme that better reflects the true spirit of what it means to be a Redbird
Larger story photos that give you, the fan, a better perspective on the triumphs and tribulations of intercollegiate athletics
An easy-to-navigate toolbar on all pages that helps you find what you need and want to know, at the click of a mouse
A new Events, Results and Photos section that helps you easily find the date, time and venue for events; see results
and recaps of previous events; and brand new to GoRedbirds.com, gives you access to photo galleries of select Redbird Athletics events within minutes of the conclusion of that game or match
A redesigned Redbird All-Access site that is specific to each sport and is archived for each sport
Many more features that will be highlighted in the days to come
ALL YOUR FAVORITES IN ONE CONVENIENT PLACE
While many features of GoRedbirds.com were overhauled or created for the redesign, several of your favorite features are still found on the Web site, including the following:
Redbird All-Access, which gives members exclusive access to home-game video and audio of select Illinois State sports, postgame highlights, interviews, press conferences and other multimedia features
thirtysomething: Summer interviews with select Illinois State student-athletes
