NORMAL, Ill. -
Photos from Saturday afternoon's "Tacklin' Football IV - A Ladies-Only Clinic" can be viewed by clicking on the link below. The event was once again a huge success, with over 125 women in attendance for a ladies-only football clinic that was taught by Illinois State head football coach Denver Johnson.
Johnson went through all of the basics of the game of football, including field dimensions, the number of players on the field, different types of plays and run, and he even had a few of the women in attendance come up to the front of the Kaufman Football Building meeting room to demonstrate play calling with Redbird quarterback Kevin Brockway and freshman offensive lineman Pete Cary.
