NORMAL, Ill. -
Due to technical difficulties with Wednesday night's Redbird All-Access live video stream of the Illinois State-Northern Iowa men's basketball game in Cedar Falls, Iowa, a FREE on-demand video stream of the game will available to all Illinois State basketball fans on GoRedbirds.com and Redbird All-Access immediately following the conclusion of the game.
Please click on the "Watch" link in the events section of the home page of GoRedbirds.com following the conclusion of Wednesday night's game to view the on-demand video stream of the game.
We apologize for the technical difficulties and to Illinois State basketball fans that were unable to watch a live video stream of the game. We were unable to push the live video stream out to our Redbird All-Access players, which inhibited fans from viewing the live video stream of the game.
We are continually working to upgrade and enhance Redbird All-Access, and we can assure you that we will work hard to make sure this kind of problem does not happen again. We appreciate your patience, and again, we apologize for Wednesday night's technical difficulties with Redbird All-Access.
If you have any questions about your Redbird All-Access subscription or about Wednesday night's technical difficulties, please contact Assistant Media Relations Director Keith Trivitt at katrivi@ilstu.edu.
