Fans of the 10-time World Champion St. Louis Cardinals will have an opportunity to get autographs with some of their favorite players prior to the Illinois State men's basketball team's Jan. 18 home game versus Missouri State, as part of the official Cardinals Caravan. Both current and former St. Louis Cardinals players will be on hand to sign autographs with Illinois State fans for one hour prior to the 2:05 p.m. tip-off.
Current St. Louis Cardinals players Chris Perez, Josh Kinney, Brendan Ryan, Nick Stavinoha, along with Cardinals alumni John Tudor, Danny Cox, Tom Lawless, will be on hand to sign autographs for Redbird basketball fans from 1-2 p.m. along the Redbird Arena concourse.
St. Louis Cardinals TV color commentator Al Hrabosky will be the emcee for the event, while Cardinals' mascot Fredbird will be in attendance to entertain the crowd. Fans must purchase a ticket to the game to get an item signed at the event.
Both current and former St. Louis Cardinals players, along with Hrabosky, will be introduced to the Redbird Arena crowd at halftime of the Illinois State-Missouri State game.
Only one autographed item will be allowed per fan. Baseball bats will not be allowed into Redbird Arena for the autograph session or at any point during the game.
A Redbird Family Pack of two adult upper-bowl tickets and two youth upper-bowl tickets is available for only $16 for the game.
